Digital Menu
See how Nommy menus work, how customers access them, and how you can manage items, pricing, and updates.

Absolutely. You can feature items or use labels to showcase promotions, bestsellers, or seasonal offerings, making them easier for customers to notice.
While PDF menus are static, digital menus are interactive and instantly updatable. Customers can view them on any device, see photos, check allergens or dietary info, and you can make real-time updates without reprinting. This creates a smoother, more engaging experience than a PDF menu.
Yes! Any changes you make—like updating prices, adding new items, or changing availability—are immediately reflected in the digital menu without needing to reprint anything.
Each Nommy menu is managed in the business’s main language. For tourist-heavy venues, add the local/main-language name and an English name together in the same title and description—for example, Chinese / English—then let guests use their phone or browser translation for anything else.
Yes. You can tag menu items with dietary labels (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, halal, etc.) and allergen information. This helps customers quickly find items that match their needs.
During onboarding, you'll add your menu items through a simple form. After setup, you can add, edit, or remove items from your dashboard at any time. No technical skills needed.

QR Codes
Understand how dynamic QR codes work, what you can customize, and how scans and destinations are managed.
Yes. Nommy uses dynamic QR codes, so you can change where the code points without replacing the printed version your customers already use.
A dynamic QR code points to a short redirect link instead of a fixed content or link. That lets you update the content anytime while keeping the same QR code.
You can create as many QR codes as your business needs. Use separate QR codes for tables, locations, takeaway packaging, contact actions, or campaign links.
Yes. You can download your QR code in high resolution PNG or SVG format and use it on stickers, packaging, posters, flyers, and other printed materials.

Nommy generates QR codes you can print and place on tables, packaging, flyers, or storefronts. Each QR code can link to your menu, website, a specific location, WhatsApp, or any page you choose. If you update your content, the QR code stays the same — no reprinting needed.
No. Customers can scan your QR code with just their phone camera, there is no need to use a separate app.
Yes. QR scan analytics are included for every Nommy account, so you can see scan counts and usage patterns from your dashboard.
Yes. You can create multiple QR codes, each linking to a different destination. For example, one for your dine-in menu and another for your takeout menu, or one per location.
No. The free product includes unlimited QR code scans. There are no per-scan fees or scan caps.
